When I went to pick up my car, my advisor Chris Elderfield explained what had been done (there were a couple of extras he'd contacted me about ). He went through repairs & costs making sure I understood everything. What a gent & a credit to BMW!

Was kept informed throughout the service and MOT period. Had pointed out issues to Service Advisor Chris Elderfield and advised Chris the quotes for fixing were very expensive but he found more affordable solutions.

Had an issue with a bit of smoke coming from the exhaust, which was not replicated at the garage.They suggested them taking it for an extended test drive to make sure all was ok. Gives you reassurance the car is well.

The service was friendly and efficient, with the car returned clean and when promised. Chris Elderfield is reliable and a pleasure to deal with. However, service could have been improved by providing an update during the afternoon.

Only 4 stars because of a failed resetting of one of the service warnings which I was told would apparently set itself by driving around a bit. However, this hasn't happened and will necessitate me having to revisit the garage in Kentish Town.

Chris looked after us both times we were there. Upfront honest and efficient service. Had been misquoted for a service I had paid for but upon realising error, correction was made. when I could still have been charged instead charge was refunded.

The staff were friendly and professional, the work was carried out in the time stated and the service was excellent overall. I was even given a gift at the end of the service which I had not expected at all. The car seems to be performing adequately.
