Excellent service from Chris Elderfield including a very helpful video of various items that need attention in the near future.

The service was friendly and efficient, with the car returned clean and when promised. Chris Elderfield is reliable and a pleasure to deal with. However, service could have been improved by providing an update during the afternoon.

Only 4 stars because of a failed resetting of one of the service warnings which I was told would apparently set itself by driving around a bit. However, this hasn't happened and will necessitate me having to revisit the garage in Kentish Town.

Chris looked after us both times we were there. Upfront honest and efficient service. Had been misquoted for a service I had paid for but upon realising error, correction was made. when I could still have been charged instead charge was refunded.

The staff were friendly and professional, the work was carried out in the time stated and the service was excellent overall. I was even given a gift at the end of the service which I had not expected at all. The car seems to be performing adequately.

Overall I was pleased with the service. I have only given three stars as I witnessed the reception manager shouting at two of the reception staff in an unacceptable manner in front of a customer. This made me feell very uncomfortable.

very nice people, however they made some mistakes i could not understand. they said to would cost £700 to refit a parking sensor, i ended up doing it with my penknife for free. they then said they could not reset my service indicator

Everything was great, only thing to ad is that my alloys where a bit scratched when I took my car in for change of brake pads seems like the mechanic wasn't careful enough once removing the wheel nuts and I could see some scratches.
