Overall I was pleased with the service. I have only given three stars as I witnessed the reception manager shouting at two of the reception staff in an unacceptable manner in front of a customer. This made me feell very uncomfortable.

very nice people, however they made some mistakes i could not understand. they said to would cost £700 to refit a parking sensor, i ended up doing it with my penknife for free. they then said they could not reset my service indicator

Everything was great, only thing to ad is that my alloys where a bit scratched when I took my car in for change of brake pads seems like the mechanic wasn't careful enough once removing the wheel nuts and I could see some scratches.

When booked on the phone I was told it would be 1 hour but when I got there was told it would be 2 hours. It actually took 2 hrs 15 mins for an airbag check (which didn't need replacing) and a wash. They should have been able to do that far quicker.

Poor communication skills by staff over telephone and at the brunch, disorganized, also every time I handed in the vehicle for service, someone drives it rough, brief rapid acceleration takes place when entering or exiting the mechanical garage.

The service experience was very good. However it is very inconvenient not to be able to collect the vehicle and keys out of hours and you are closed on Saturdays. Why don't you not provide a means for collection at end of day?

Booking services is straightforward on the web site and the information provided (e.g. video) is extensive. One comment: though the car had been cleaned, there were leaves remaining under the wipers which I would have expected to be removed.

Technical work is amazing.

Message on onboard computer saying I needed to adjust the tyre pressure to comply with winter conditions. This was also notified before car came for service. This was completely ignored. Computer keeps giving the same message every time I drive.

Suppose the service should be finish a day from 10am-4pm, break fluid cannot change on time. The staff call me and I was think I am back again the next day, so I come to take car at 4:30pm and they take 20mins to quick fix for me.

The time taken to complete the work is sometimes a bit lengthy (some parts take a while to source), but that is not a problem for me (but might be for others). I care more that the work is high quality and not hurried to meet an arbitrary deadline.
