Very polite female staff greeted me in the morning and took my car keys. I also received text notification when the recall service was done and complementary check. My car was nicely washed as well.

Very happy with service advisor named James not happy happy with technicians as they could not find the problem, ( Rattling noice when engine cold) however other problem Drivetrain found with computer, engine starter and replaced with new one.

Similar to previous answer. However, the important thing was that the complex problem I had was resolved and that there have been no unforeseen issues as a s consequence of the repairs carried out. Everything works as expected.

As per the above, the car was with BMW for over 3 weeks and no communication. We had to chase for every update and to get a replacement car. When discussing the missing mirror cap of the courtesy car I was told that I had to sort it with Europecar

The recall update was done very well and the drop off and collection was a straight forward process. The staff were friendly and the car was clean, just disappointed that this is the 2nd recall I've been inconvenienced with and yet BMW said no again

They know me and my two cars: Alpina B5 Touring and M140i (badged as 116d). Alo Brown's Lane is very local so as long as the service remains tops I will buy BMW and get service there.

The Centre is unhelpful and washes its hands of the fact the app still shows the 2024 service date alert. they do not communicate with BMW. I cannot get any satisfaction from BMW who say it is the centre's problem. I would not buy another BMW

Based on previous years, the cost of a standard service including MoT and the replacement of a leaking tyre valve of about £650 +Vat seemed expensive. I commented on this at the time but felt I had to accept this quotation.

I had mentioned something when booking the service, but it did not appear on the list of work to be done, when I checked in. The additional work was however done on the day as I had originally hoped.

Took too long! Had to wait couple of weeks for booking slot & then took a cancellation otherwise it wld have been longer. Car in for a week (should have been 5 days but workshop forgot to say it was ready) for a simple reprogramming of computer.

Chris is the best service manager Ive known; he understands the issues, investigates them intelligently and takes a pragmatic, customer friendly approach. My BMW has had the fault for many years, but its only under Chris its been identified properly

My car was examined for 25 minutes and was then taken elsewhere for repair by insurance. I was charged 80 pounds for the examination. I was told initially to recover it there but then transpired it was all for nothing
